First connect your device to your PC with the docking cable.

Next, launch iTunes and select your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch under devices. At the top click Photos. Check Sync Photos from Choose Folder. Also check Selected Folders. Note: If you select My Pictures and All Folders, then everything will transfer over. I just want specific photos.

Under Folders, check the one with the photos you want to transfer to your device. Here I created a folder specifically for pictures I want on my iPad. Click Apply. Your pictures sync over to your device. The amount of time it takes will vary depending on the number of photos and their size.

After the sync process completes, eject your device from iTunes.

That’s it. Disconnect your device from your PC and enjoy your pictures on your iOS device.
